After weeks of thinking about it - I finally got around to making some of Posie Gets Cozy's Friendly Birds. You can buy the instructions on her site. I had a lot of fun shaping these into something that resembles a bird! But it wasn't a quick project...lots of drying time (a day) and then getting messy with flour/water and paper - but I was happy with the result.

love the birds and the and the wall paper behind. i bought paper clay agges ago with the intention of making something but i just havent the courage...after seeing your gorgeous little birds i am inspired to just have a go.

Love them!! They are so sweet and they have such little life in them!
I like these primitive birds..especially the last one with that looks in it's eye!
